The seed that would later inspire this book sprouted in 1996, during a trip alone to Moab. While hiking the Grandstaff Trail and several trails in Arches National Park, L.A. Brimhall felt Red Rock’s healing touch refresh her spirit and give her the strength to face life’s challenges.
